Hannah is a NASM certified personal trainer, certified Online Fitness and Nutrition Coach, and will be graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in May 2022. In her free time, she loves baking, going to the beach, or reading a good book. When Hannah was in high school, she developed an eating disorder as a way to cope with anxiety and feelings of inadequacy. During her recovery, she discovered the gym and weight training. Weight training helped her fall in love with the idea of getting stronger, instead of smaller, and over time that mindset trickled into all areas of her life. Hannah eventually reached out to Lexi because she knew that she needed to eat more to continue making progress. As an Alignment client, she learned what food freedom and balance meant for her. As a coach, it is now Hannah’s mission to help women become the best versions of themselves both physically AND mentally. She utilizes both her education and her personal experience to help women thrive! Her protocols include macros, training, AND mindset homework to help you thrive in all areas of your life!
